View detailed results for a project

The Details tab provides an interactive platform for visualizing results for each sample.

Navigate to the results details using one of the following approaches.
- In the Results tab, click within the row of a sample of interest to open the Details tab with the desired sample pre-selected in the Overview screen.
- Click the Details tab.
By default, the Overview screen opens. If you clicked within the sample row in the Results tab, the corresponding well is automatically selected in the Plate overview.
Use one of the following approaches to navigate between sample results.
- Click a well in the Plate overview to display the results for a different sample.
- Use the Plate, Well, and Experiment File dropdown lists to navigate between results in different plates or experiment files.
Click Overview, Indel Frequency Chart, Donor to Control Alignment, or Sequencing Traces to visualize results for the sample selected in step 2.

Results details are organized in the following screens.

Screen	Description
Overview	View results in a plate layout format, which provides a visual overview of editing quality for each sample in a project. For more information, see Results details: Overview (plate view).
Indel frequency chart	View DNA sequence distributions and compare sequences for a sample. For more information, see Results details: Indel frequency chart.
Donor to control alignment	View the alignment of donor DNA to control DNA sequence for a sample. For more information, see Results details: Donor to control alignment.
Sequencing traces	View sequencing traces of an edited sample and its control side by side. For more information, see Results details: Sequencing traces.
