Results details: Donor to control alignment
The Donor to Control Alignment screen provides an interactive comparison of donor DNA sequence to the control DNA sequence.

Donor to Control Alignment

Use the Plate, Well, and Experiment file dropdown lists to navigate to the result of interest.

Edited sample file details.

Reset the alignment window to default range.

Click and drag the sequence to move the alignment window.

Export the Analysis Summary Report PDF, images, and graphics (see Export results details).

Move the zoom window to view data outside the default alignment range.
