Results details: Overview (plate view)

In the Overview screen, use the plate view to click through editing efficiency results for each sample in a project and view the edit diversity summary. The plate view also provides an overview of editing quality grade assignments for each sample. For more information on editing quality grades, see Editing grade categories. Each well in the Plate correlates to a row in the Results Overview table (see View results summary).

When you click to select a well in the plate view (see callout 3 in Figure 1), the editing efficiency overview for the selected sample is displayed in the pane on the right and file details for the selected sample are displayed at the top of the screen (see callout 4 in Figure 1). If needed, you can add or edit sample-specific notes. Sample notes are added to the exported analysis results files and also appear in the Results overview table. Once you select the sample of interest, you can proceed to the Indel frequency chart, Donor to control alignment, and Sequencing traces screens to view detailed results for the selected sample. To quickly scan the edit diversity results in the selected plate, mouse over each well (see callout 8 in Figure 1).
