Results details: Sequencing traces
The Sequencing Traces screen displays sequencing chromatograms for edited and control DNA samples.

Sequencing traces

Use the Plate, Well, and Experiment file dropdown lists to navigate to the result of interest.

Click and drag the sequence to move the trace window.

Edited sample file details.
-
Reset the trace window to default range.

Export the Analysis Summary Report PDF, images, and graphics (see Export results details).
